0917 Start of Summer Raffle Promo Terms & Conditions

• 1. Promo period is from March 20 - April 30, 2025
• 2. Customers are entitled to join the raffle with every minimum purchase of 1000 php worth of 0917 Lifestyle apparel or gadget accessories in the 0917 Lifestyle Website.
• 3. For electronic raffle registration- Customers must completely fill-up the online registration form, which they can find in the email confirmation they receive after their purchase, with the following details (complete name, address, contact number, email address, order reference number)
• 4. Customers may earn more raffle entries with more transactions worth 1000 php in the 0917 Lifestyle Website.
• 5. Deadline for submission of entries is on April 30, 2025, 11:59pm.
• 6. Raffle Draw will be held on (May 5, 2025 / 3:00 - 4:00pm / The Globe Tower, BGC, Taguig City) in the presence of a DTI representative.
• 7. The Prize will be One (1) iPhone 16 Pro Max (256GB, Black)
• 8. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the 0917 Lifestyle.
• 9. The prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable.
• 10. The Winner shall be notified via registered email address, and their names will be posted at the 0917 Lifestyle official Facebook and Instagram.
• 11. The Winner may claim his/her prize at The Globe Tower BGC, Taguig City (for metro manila), or via delivery (provincial)
• 12. To claim the prize, the winner must present One (1) valid ID to the claiming venue or delivery courier.
• 13. If claiming thru an authorized representative, present the authorization letter along with the winner's ID photocopy.
• 14. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of 0917 Lifestyle with prior approval of DTI.
• 15. All employees of 0917 Lifestyle, may include Globe Telecom and Rocket Commerce Media, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
