What makes this collection special?

All 0917 | EXO merchandise comes in a special envelope packaging. Each EXO shirt will also include one (1) exclusive, unreleased photocard from the ‘Don’t Fight The Feeling’ album.

How can I get the EXO photocards?

Photocard inclusions are only available for EXO shirts. There are 12 solo member photocards available, with 2 versions per member. Only one (1) random photocard will be included per shirt.
All photocards are digitally signed by the members.
Photocard specs are 9 x 6cm, with a matte finish.
Photocards are packed as is with the shirt, no additional sleeves included.

What are the pre-order mechanics?

0917 | EXO Collection pre-order will run from November 17 - 24, 2021. All MOPs will be accepted.
Returns, refunds, requests for size changes, and order cancellations will not apply for all orders during the pre-order period.

Do you ship to my country?

No, we are limited to deliveries within the Philippines only.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping fee will depend on your location.

What payment methods do you accept upon collection launch?

All methods of payment will be accepted: Credit/Debit Card*, PayPal, GCash, and cash-on-delivery.

When can I get my pre-order items?

For pre-orders made from November 17-21, deliveries will start on November 25, 2021. Orders made from November 22 onwards will start on December 17, 2021.

Can I still order after the pre-order period?

Yes, you may still avail of the merchandise as long as there are stocks available on any of our participating channels.

Can I edit my order details?

You may send us a message through our 0917 Lifestyle FB Page for any changes in your delivery details or for any other concerns.

My photocard is damaged/I didn’t receive a photocard. Can I return/replace it?

You may request a return/replacement of your photocard by contacting us through our 0917 Lifestyle FB Page. As part of our investigation into your request, we will be requiring you to submit a video of yourself unboxing your order.

Replacements are only valid for damaged photocards*. Replacements to exchange the photocard for different members/versions will not be accepted.

*Damaged photocards may be classified as ripped, creased, or folded. Any type of bent photocards won’t be accepted.

All valid requests will be subjected to thorough investigation to ensure the quality of the photocard.

Should your photocard be proven damaged and is approved for replacement, you must send a video of yourself destroying the damaged photocard first before we can initiate the shipping of the replacement photocard.

Please rest assured that all photocards have gone through quality checking before shipping. Should you still experience any dissatisfaction with your order, please contact us through our 0917 Lifestyle FB Page so we may investigate the matter further.

The 0917 Digital Gift Card is not valid for delivery or returns.


Upon successful confirmation of your order, please allow us the following lead times to deliver our products to you:

Normal delivery schedules:

  • Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
  • Provincial: 7-10 business days


For safety and hygienic purposes, opened face masks or those with broken seals can no longer be returned or exchanged.

0917 Lifestyle offers returns free of any additional costs. Just make sure that your items fulfills these conditions:

  • Ensure that product is within 7 days of receipt
  • Acknowledgement receipt available
  • Product is not damaged
  • Tags are intact (for apparel)
  • Orginal packaging is not damaged

Follow these steps:

  1. For product returns/exchange, send us a message on with the following attachments:

    • Acknowledgement Receipt
    • Photo of the item
    • Reason for returning the product
  2. Allow for 2-3 business days for us to get back to you to verify and confirm that your refund request has been verified and approved. We will provide the pick-up schedule
  3. Prepare the package with the original product and acknowledgement receipt
  4. Hand over to our delivery partner on scheduled pick up date
  5. Once returned product has been received and reviewed that it is not damaged, we will provide you the replacement.
