A representative may receive your order on your behalf and please prepare the following documents:

  • A signed authorization letter

NOTE: Delivery addresses can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet.

You’ll receive one SMS notification per order number (even if it includes multiple products) and another per item that’s tagged as shipped or out for delivery.
For safety and hygienic purposes, opened face masks or those with broken seals can no longer be returned or exchanged.
If it’s still within 7 days from delivery or of the warranty period, email support@0917Lifestyle.com. We’ll require proof of payment and a photo of the item.

0917 Lifestyle offers returns free of any additional costs. Just make sure that your items fulfills these conditions:

  • Ensure that product is within 7 days of receipt
  • Acknowledgement receipt available
  • Product is not damaged
  • Tags are intact (for apparel)
  • Original packaging is not damaged

Follow these steps:

  1. Email support@0917lifestyle.com with the subject line “Request for Return" with the following attachments:

    • Acknowledgement Receipt
    • Photo of the item
    • Reason for returning the product

  2. Allow for 2-3 business days for us to get back to you to verify and confirm that your refund request has been verified and approved. We will provide the pick-up schedule
  3. Prepare the package with the original product and acknowledgement receipt
  4. Hand over to our delivery partner on scheduled pick up date
  5. Once returned product has been received and reviewed that it is not damaged, we will provide you the replacement.
No, it’s FREE if your request for return/exchange - as long as the amount of the product is the same, has been verified and approved.
