The 0917 | NCT collection is an exclusive merchandise collaboration of 0917 in partnership with SM Entertainment Ltd. The collection features NCT’s recent comeback album ‘Universe.’

What makes this collection special?
All merchandise will come in a special envelope packaging. Each 0917 NCT Shirt, Jacket, or Hoodie will include one (1) random unreleased NCT Universe Photocard.
How can I get the NCT photocards?
Photocard inclusions are only available when you purchase 0917 NCT Shirts, Jackets, and Hoodies. There will only be one version of the 21 solo member photocards. Only one (1) random photocard will be included per merchandise.
All photocards are digitally signed by each member.
What is the size of the photocard?
The photocard is 55mm x 85mm, with a gloss finish. All photocards will include a 0.1mm plastic toploader for additional protection.
Do you ship to my country?
Unfortunately, we are limited to PH deliveries only.
How much does the shipping cost?

We are strictly implementing a no unboxing video, no refund policy. Should you receive the wrong or incomplete item/s, please send us an unedited video of you unboxing your package for us to process your request accordingly. Feel free to contact us through our 0917 Lifestyle FB Page.
Our return and exchange policy is also printed on all 0917 NCT envelope sleeve packaging.
The 0917 Digital Gift Card is not valid for delivery or returns.

- Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
- Provincial: 7-10 business days
For safety and hygienic purposes, opened face masks or those with broken seals can no longer be returned or exchanged.

- Ensure that product is within 7 days of receipt
- Acknowledgement receipt available
- Product is not damaged
- Tags are intact (for apparel)
- Orginal packaging is not damaged

- Reason for returning the product
- Allow for 2-3 business days for us to get back to you to verify and confirm that your refund request has been verified and approved. We will provide the pick-up schedule
- Prepare the package with the original product and acknowledgement receipt
- Hand over to our delivery partner on scheduled pick up date
- Once returned product has been received and reviewed that it is not damaged, we will provide you the replacement.
