Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
Provincial: 7-10 business days

FOR RETURN/EXHANGE:

For safety and hygienic purposes, opened face masks or those with broken seals can no longer be returned or exchanged.

- Reason for returning the product
Allow for 2-3 business days for us to get back to you to verify and confirm that your refund request has been verified and approved. We will provide the pick-up schedule
Prepare the package with the original product and acknowledgement receipt
Hand over to our delivery partner on scheduled pick up date
Once returned product has been received and reviewed that it is not damaged, we will provide you the replacement.
